Today I propose the #applecrumble 🍏, a #dessert of Anglo-Saxon origin really tasty.
I always prepare it for special occasions because my partner, Ale, loves it! 🙂
Ingredients
- 100 g flour 00
- 100 g wholemeal flour
- 130 g butter
- 130 g caster sugar hazelnuts q.b.
- 4 apples
- Juice of one lemon
- Sugar q.b.
Preparation
Crumble together with your hands the two types of flour, the cold butter and the sugar. Knead until large crumbs are obtained. Then peel the apples, dice them, add the lemon juice and sugar and mix well. Place the apple mixture in a well-buttered baking dish and top with the crumble. Bake at 180 degrees (static oven, preheated) for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Note
Serve your crumble with a scoop of cream ice cream – your diners will go crazy! 😉
