La torta versata alla marmellata è un dolce veramente delizioso: è la classica “torta da credenza” che profuma di casa, perfetta per la prima colazione ma anche per una golosa merenda in compagnia. Si tratta di una torta soffice con una farcitura che, seppur realizzata in cottura, resta perfettamente a metà del dolce, senza cadere sul fondo. Pronti a prepararla insieme a me?

Preparazione

Per realizzare la torta versata alla marmellata iniziate a montare le uova con lo zucchero, fino ad ottenere un composto gonfio e spumoso. Aggiungete ora il burro precedentemente sciolto (e quindi raffreddato), mescolando delicatamente. Aggiungete farina, lievito e fecola BEN SETACCIATI, alternandoli al latte: in questo modo, sarà più facile ottenere un impasto liscissimo ed omogeneo. Trasferite metà composto in uno stampo dal diametro di 24 cm ben imburrato e infarinato. Livellatelo bene e cuocete in forno statico, preriscaldato, a 180° per 20 minuti. Sfornate, distribuite la confettura su tutta la superficie e coprite con il restante impasto, livellando delicatamente. Proseguite la cottura, alla stessa temperatura, per altri 30-35 minuti, effettuando alla fine la prova stecchino. Sfornate il dolce e fatelo raffreddare completamente prima di cospargerlo con zucchero a velo.
