La torta Nua è un dolce soffice e profumatissimo: la base, che può essere aromatizzata al limone o alla vaniglia, ricorda molto l’amatissima torta margherita. La particolarità, però, sta nella farcitura: crema pasticcera a volontà, per un risultato super. Sono certa che non appena proverete a replicare la mia ricetta, non l’abbandonerete più 🙂

Ingredienti

Preparazione

Montate le uova con lo zucchero, fino ad ottenere un composto gonfio e spumoso. Aggiungete il latte, il burro precedentemente sciolto a bagnomaria e continuate a lavorare con le fruste. Aggiungete ora la farina e il lievito, precedentemente setacciati. Otterrete un impasto vellutato e profumatissimo: so che sarà impossibile resistergli 😉 Versate il composto in una tortiera da 24 cm di diametro ben imburrata e infarinata e, a questo punto, distribuite generose quantità di crema pasticcera su tutta la superficie.

Cuocete la vostra Torta Nua a 170 gradi, in forno statico, preriscaldato, per circa 45 minuti. Mi raccomando, fate sempre la prova stecchino prima di estrarre il vostro dolce dal forno 🙂

Per un risultato ancora più goloso, potete farcire la Torta Nua con crema pasticcera al cioccolato 😛
