Blend of Verna wheat (min. 25%), strong grains (e.g. Bologna, Giorgione) and breadmaking grains (e.g. Altezza, Caronte) grown in land no more than 70km from Vicchio. 100% Tuscan flour.
Features
“If you must grind them, at least ruin the grains as little as possible”. We follow this ancient Mugello saying to the letter, especially when it comes to preserving the goodness and lightness of ancient grains as much as possible.
