TRUFFLE SAUCE
Full-bodied champignon mushroom sauce with 5% Summer Truffle. Available light or dark. Excellent to season pasta such as spaghetti or linguine, rice, gnocchi, or as a filling for turkey or chicken in the oven or simply accompanied by the egg. Also excellent for croutons.
Ingredients
Button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5 %, salt, aromatic plants, flavouring, natural flavouring. Fresh mushrooms used 110 g per 100 g of finished product.
