SALAME DI CIOCCOLATO

Il #salamealcioccolato è un #dolce BUONISSIMO che si prepara in davvero pochi minuti e che, inevitabilmente, mi riporta con la mente alla mia infanzia. Quando lo porto in tavola, a fine pasto, termina in pochissimi minuti… e, puntualmente, c’è sempre chi litiga per avere l’ultima fetta!

Tritate il cioccolato fondente e fatelo sciogliere a bagnomaria. Lasciatelo intiepidire. Lavorate il #burro morbido insieme allo zucchero, fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso e leggermente montato. Aggiungete i tuorli uno alla volta, continuando a lavorare per amalgamarli perfettamente. Aggiungete il cioccolato fuso, ormai freddo. Unite quindi i #biscotti sbriciolati e mescolate delicatamente con una spatola. Trasferite il composto così ottenuto su un foglio di carta forno e formate una sorta di “salsicciotto”, arrotolandovi intorno la carta. Chiudete le estremità “a caramella” e trasferite il vs salame di cioccolato in frigorifero, per almeno 6 ore. 
Al momento di servire, tagliatelo a fette e cospargetelo con #zucchero a velo.

Avete mai provato a prepararlo con il cioccolato bianco?! E’ altrettanto goloso, ricordatevi però di diminuire la quantità di zucchero 😉
