MUFFINS AL CIOCCOLATO

I muffins al cioccolato mi ricordano i pomeriggi di studio alle superiori quando mia mamma, per alleviare le fatiche del Liceo (ahah), sfornava queste prelibatezze. E’ una ricetta di famiglia a cui sono molto affezionata, ma che sono ben felice di condividere con voi! Pronti a prendere appunti? Buon appetito 😛

Ingredienti

Preparazione

Lavorate il burro morbido insieme allo zucchero, fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Aggiungete le uova, una alla volta, fino a quando non saranno perfettamente incorporate. Procedete aggiungendo gradualmente farina, lievito e cacao (ben setacciati, mi raccomando), alternandoli al latte tiepido. In questo modo, sarà molto più semplice ottenere un impasto senza grumi e vellutato. Spezzettate il cioccolato, aggiungetelo all’impasto dei vostri muffins e mescolate delicatamente. Riempite i pirottini (io utilizzo quelli in carta, monouso) solamente “a metà”: così facendo, otterrete la classica forma tondeggiante tipica dei muffins. Non dovete riempirli con troppo impasto, altrimenti, a fine cottura, i vostri muffins saranno “piatti” come dischetti da hockey. Parlo per esperienza 🙂 Infornateli a 180 gradi (forno statico, preriscaldato) per circa 30 / 35 minuti. Fate sempre la prova stecchino per verificare la cottura 😉

Potete sostituire il cioccolato fondente Slitti con quello al “latte nero”…
