CANTUCCI AL CIOCCOLATO

Chi non ama i #cantucci?! 🤎 Dolcetti tipici della tradizione #toscana da sgranocchiare o da inzuppare nel #vinsanto 🍷 Ricordo con affetto la nostra prima vacanza a Firenze e le scorpacciate di cantucci la sera, al #ristorante. Noi li adoriamo, sia nella versione classica con le #mandorle, sia in quella più golosa, con tanto#cioccolato 🍫 Ovviamente, conoscendomi, non potevo che prepararli così… 😋

Ingredienti

Preparazione

Preriscaldate il forno a 180° e versate in una ciotola la farina setacciata con il lievito e le gocce di cioccolato. Mettete da parte. 
Lavorate il burro morbido (non freddo di frigo) con lo zucchero, fino a renderlo cremoso. 
Aggiungete le uova e gli ingredienti precedenti + un pizzico di sale. 
Impastate rapidamente fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.  
Aiutandovi con un po’ di farina, formate dei filoncini di circa 2 centimetri di altezza. Foderate due teglie con carta da forno e cuoceteli per circa 35 minuti, fino a doratura. Tagliate i filoncini con un coltello seghettato “di traverso”, in modo da ottenere delle “barrette oblique”. 
Cuocete nuovamente i vostri cantucci per altri 10 minuti, rigirandoli a metà cottura.  

Note

Lasciateli raffreddare e conservateli in luogo asciutto.
