CROSTATA ALLA FRUTTA FRUTTA… CON BASE MORBIDA!

La crostata alla frutta – con base morbida – è una rivisitazione della “classica” #crostata di #pastafrolla: una base “spugnosa”, soffice come una nuvola, racchiude una delicata crema pasticcera al limone. Per guarnire, fragole e mirtilli a volontà. L’ultima “#torta estiva” della stagione. Che dite, vi ho fatto venire un certo languorino? Prepariamola insieme 😉

PS: come stampo, utilizziamo quello classico da crostata. Lo stampo furbo! L’importante è che abbia una scanalatura interna: una volta cotta la base, la “gireremo” e la farciremo con l’ausilio di un sac à poche.

Ingredienti

Preparazione

Montiamo le uova con lo zucchero, fino ad ottenere un composto gonfio e spumoso. Aggiungiamo il burro precedentemente sciolto a bagnomaria, ormai freddo, continuando a mescolare. Aggiungiamo gradualmente la farina  e il lievito setacciati, alternandoli al latte: in questo modo, sarà più facile lavorare il nostro impasto. Una volta pronto, versiamolo nel nostro stampo da crostata, ben imburrato e infarinato e cuociamolo in forno statico, 180 gradi, per circa 30 minuti, fino a doratura.

Una volto cotto, attendiamo che si raffreddi ed estraiamolo delicatamente dallo stampo. Possiamo procedere con la preparazione della crema pasticcera al limone.

La ricetta della crema è sempre la stessa: l’ho utilizzata anche per la preparazione delle zeppole di San Giuseppe (clicca qui per consultarla).

Una volta pronta la nostra crema, lasciamola raffreddare a temperatura ambiente. Dopo di che, spostiamola in frigo per almeno 5 ore. Una volta raffreddata, mescoliamola, riempiamo il nostro sac à poche e farciamo a piacimento la crostata con base morbida. Dopo di che, guarniamo con frutta a piacere.

 

Note

Se non vi piace la frutta come guarnizione, potete tranquillamente utilizzare scaglie di cioccolato o di cocco, granella di pistacchio o nocciola… Largo alla fantasia!
