Le #linguedigatto sono tra i miei biscotti preferiti in assoluto. Pochi, semplici, ingredienti per un prodotto dolciario a dir poco straordinario, che mette d’accordo tutti, persino i palati più esigenti 😋 Grazie al Maestro #igniomassari ho scoperto che il termine tecnico, in #pasticceria , per questi deliziosi #biscottini è “massa a sigaretta” (a causa della loro forma piatta, stretta e allungata). Realizzarli, non è così difficile: basta seguire poche semplici accortezze. Pronti a prendere appunti?

Ingredienti

Preparazione

In una ciotola, aggiungere il butto morbido e lo zucchero a velo, mescolando con una spatola. Incorporate gli albumi e mescolate ancora fino ad ottenere una crema. Aggiungete la farina e mescolate ancora fino ad ottenere una massa morbida.  Trasferite l’impasto in una sac-à-poche con bocchetta liscia da 10 mm e realizzate su una leccarda foderata con carta forno dei bastoncini lunghi circa 10 cm. Cuocete in forno ventilato preriscaldato a 190° per circa 8 minuti. A questo punto le lingue di gatto saranno pronte. Sfornatele. 

Note

Prima di spostare le vostre lingue di gatto dalla teglia al vassoio, aspettate che si raffreddino completamente… altrimenti, c’è il rischio che si spezzino!
