Good morning #toofooders, how are you? To sweeten your breakfasts, I share the precious #recipe for my pancakes: I assure you they are delicious, every time I bring them to the table they are a great success. Ready to prepare the best breakfast ever with me! 😉
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 60 g sugar
- 100 g flour 00
- 100 ml milk
- One teaspoon of yeast
- Fruit to taste for garnishing
- Icing sugar for garnish
Procedure
Beat the egg and sugar in a large bowl. Add the flour and baking powder and mix. Finally, add the milk. Mix until a homogeneous batter is obtained. Heat a non-stick frying pan and grease it with a knob of butter. Add a little batter with the help of a ladle.
As soon as the first bubbles appear on the surface, lift the pancake and, in one go, flip it over to the other side. Cook for a maximum of 35 to 40 seconds, then place the pancakes on a serving plate, spacing them out!
Remember, don’t stack them right away or they will fall flat.
Prepare all the pancakes in this way until the dough is used up!

Bear in mind that they won’t be perfect the first time, but after a couple of tries, your pancakes 🥞 will look and taste great… It just takes a little practice 👩🏼🍳.
